The Moulin Castelas estate extends over 45 hectares at the foot of the Château des Baux de Provence, in the heart of the Alpilles.
Le Moulin Castelas is family business of passionate olive growers and produces cold-extracted olive oils with great flavor and numerous awards.

The Alpilles terroir, the olive varieties (Salonenque, Aglandau, Grossane and Verdale) typical of the AOP and the skill of the miller make the olive oils produced by Moulin Castelas exceptional products.
