Description
These capon rillettes are garnished with candied shallots.
To make this gourmet preparation, the capon meat (legs and fillets) is browned then cooked in a pot for around fifteen hours with only Guérande salt and pepper.
The (French) shallots are chopped and candied in capon fat before being mixed with the rillettes.
No additives or preservatives.
