Philippe Bruneton makes his award-winning jams out of the small town of Longes, in the Rhône Alpes region.
His unique creations always mix traditional fruits and flowers with unorthodox ingredients such as spices and wild plants, that give the Bruneton jams such a unique taste.
Without any colouring or flavouring additives, all the Bruneton jams are cooked in cauldron, in small batches.
Most the fuits used are purchased within 50km, from small producers commited to responsible and eco-friendly growing practices.
