Description

These creamy rillettes de sardines are made from fresh sardines, cream, onions and seaweeds.

All rillettes made by the conserverie Algoplus are cooked using only fresh fish and natural products. The sardines used in this recipe are fished in North-East Atlantic, and the transformation of the ingredients is hand-made.

Ingredients

Sardines (sardina pilchardus) 60%, crème, oignons, sel, poivre, algues déshydratées, épaississant extrait d’algues : carraghénanes.
